We talk. We ask lots of questions. We share stories, ideas, interests and expectations. Every trip and every traveler's needs are unique, and we take the time to listen to help ensure our clients get the worry-free and inspired vacation they deserve. You will receive back a synopsis of our discussion, some overarching ideas and opportunities, and a budget gut-check (if necessary).
ITINERARY DESIGN
Travel is never one-size fits all. We design each vacation experience to meet each unique need, interest and expectation. We work closely with our carefully curated travel and tour partners to craft opportunities and options that inspire and excite. We integrate moments of delight, ease and value throughout.
BOOKING MANAGEMENT
Once you decide you love your travel plans, we take care of booking your hotels, cruise or destination excursions, transportation - whatever you may need! We also manage any updates or changes and finalize confirmations before you take off.
CONCIERGEÂ SUPPORT
It's vacation time! And while we do everything we can to ensure a worry-free trip, we also know that sometimes things just happen. Miss your connection? Hotel not as promised? We're here to help before, during or even after your trip
FEE
Consultations are always complimentary—we genuinely love discussing travel possibilities! When you're ready to move forward with itinerary design, we secure our bespoke services with a non-refundable planning fee that includes a thoughtfully designed itinerary proposal and up to three revisions. For all-inclusive resort or cruise vacations, fees start at $50. Custom multi-destination itineraries start at $99, reflecting the extensive research and personalized curation involved in crafting your unique journey.
